Islandview Trailer Park is on beautiful Shadow Lake which starts at Norland and flows into Silver Lake through to Coboconk. The lake is dotted with islands and bays to explore. Fishing is good and the catch of the day could be muskie or pickerel.

We are a clean, well maintained seasonal family park with 68 sites in a community style layout. Each site includes a fire pit, picnic table, water and sewer hook up and has it's own hydro meter with 30 amp service (50 amp service is available at most sites). Cable TV, telephone and WiFi are also available.

Our community includes families with young children, teens and those enjoying their retirement.

Our beautiful lakefront features a safe sandy beach and kid friendly swimming area. The nearby lawn area enjoys partial shade from mature trees for those hot summer days, and breathtaking views of the islands nestled in the middle of the lake.

The beach area includes a swimming raft, a shallow and deep water slides, beach toys, two paddle boats, and a variety of picnic tables and chairs.

Boat enthusiasts enjoy our custom T dock with 41 boat slips for easy access to fun on the water. A separate beach docking area provides the perfect home for smaller boats. Boat launching is convenient with our own boat launch - an area where pets can enjoy a dip in the lake.

The lake can also be enjoyed on top of personal watercraft and our canoe/kayak storage rack is enjoyed by many. Those who don't own their boats can take advantage of our canoe and paddleboat rentals. 

Recent upgrades include the playground equipment, recreation hall and both sets of washrooms. Also, our water filtration system have upgraded to provide excellent water quality and exceeds Ontario standards.

The playground facilities were upgraded in the spring of 2015 to include a brand new playgound with 2 slides, lots of climbing areas, a tunnel, game panels for younger children, sandbox and more. 

We also offer horseshoe pits, volleyball court, and darts. The game room has a pool table, air hockey, foosball table and a library. As well as indoor and outdoor games are available for children.  Many campers enjoy the wide screen TV, VCR, DVD, Blue ray player and air hockey and tread-climber in the Rec Hall. 

The on-site convenience store and laundromat are available.
