Who We Are
Islandview Trailer Park is on beautiful Shadow Lake which starts at Norland and flows into Silver Lake through to Coboconk in Ontario, Canada. The lake is dotted with islands and bays to explore. Fishing is good and the catch of the day could be bass or pike.
We are a clean, well maintained seasonal, family owned trailer park with 68 sites in a community style layout. Each site includes a fire pit, picnic table, water and sewer hook up and has its own hydro meter with 30 amp service (50 amp service is available upon request). Internet, Cable TV are also available.
Our community includes families with young children, teens and those enjoying their retirement.
Our beautiful lakefront features a safe sandy beach and kid friendly swimming area. The nearby lawn area enjoys partial shade from mature trees for those hot summer days, and breathtaking views of the islands nestled in the middle of the lake.

Located 4 km north of Coboconk just off of Hwy 35. A manicured, family owned and operated seasonal trailer park. Grounds contain mature trees, kids playground, games room, horseshoe pits, waterfront with docks and child friendly sandy beach on Shadow Lake. Your host: Paula
Highway from 401: take Highway 115 North exit Highway 35 North. Final turn: Right on Islandview Park Road in Coboconk. Distance from Coboconk to park: ~4 km north of Coboconk on Hwy 35 before Beaver Point Rd. The park is located at 10 Beaver Point Road - follow 3 signs to office.
